- Creamy black beans
- Corn tortillas

How to Make Creamy Black Bean Taquitos
- Heat your tortillas in the microwave with a damp paper towel. This will help make them pliable and easier to roll.
- Place about a heaping tablespoon amount of filling in the center of each tortilla. Roll em’ up!
- Bake in the oven and serve with toppings of your choice.

Creamy Black Bean Taquitos
Ingredients
- 1 recipe creamy black beans
- 12 corn tortillas (roughly)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- To soften the tortillas, warm each one in a damp paper towel for 15 seconds. This will make the tortilla easier to roll.
- Fill the tortillas one by one, putting about a tablespoon of the bean mixture in each
- Once all of your taquitos are complete, place them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until desired level of crispiness is reached.
