These black bean taquitos utilize my Creamy Black Beans and corn tortillas. It’s that simple!

The Ingredients

  • Creamy black beans
  • Corn tortillas
  • Toppings and dipping sauces of choice

How to Make Creamy Black Bean Taquitos

  • Heat your tortillas in the microwave with a damp paper towel. This will help make them pliable and easier to roll.
  • Place about a heaping tablespoon amount of filling in the center of each tortilla. Roll em’ up!
  • Bake in the oven and serve with toppings of your choice.

Creamy Black Bean Taquitos

  • 1 recipe creamy black beans
  • 12 corn tortillas (roughly)


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • To soften the tortillas, warm each one in a damp paper towel for 15 seconds. This will make the tortilla easier to roll.
  • Fill the tortillas one by one, putting about a tablespoon of the bean mixture in each
  • Once all of your taquitos are complete, place them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until desired level of crispiness is reached.
